Gambling Responsibly with hb777

🔞 21+ Only — Adults Aged 21 and Above

hb777 is Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, offering cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and more. We are proud to serve players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond — but we recognise that gambling, like any form of entertainment, carries risks if it is not enjoyed in a mindful and controlled way.

Our responsible gaming policy is built on a simple principle: players come first. hb777 provides a comprehensive set of tools that let you set personal boundaries, take breaks, and seek help whenever you need it. These features exist because we want every session on hb777 to leave you feeling entertained — not stressed, in debt, or overwhelmed.

Gambling should never be used as a way to make money, solve financial problems, or escape personal difficulties. It is a leisure activity. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling habits, please use the tools below or contact our support team at [email protected] at any time. Players must be 21 years or older to register and play on hb777.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

🔒

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you can request a self-exclusion at any time. Once activated, your hb777 account will be temporarily or permanently blocked from all gaming activities. Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion. This measure takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

💰

Deposit Limits

Take control of your spending by setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your hb777 account. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount within the chosen period. Whether you fund your account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, the deposit limit applies across all payment methods. Limits can be lowered instantly but may take up to 24 hours to increase.

⏱️

Time-Out Feature

Need a short break from gambling? Our time-out feature lets you pause your hb777 account for a set period — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a time-out, your account remains open for customer service purposes but you will be unable to place bets or access any games. Use this feature proactively, before problems start, to maintain a healthy balance in your entertainment routine.

🚫

Reality Checks

hb777 offers on-screen reality check reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session. These pop-up notifications appear at regular intervals — you choose the frequency — and give you a moment to pause, reflect, and decide whether you want to continue. Reality checks are an easy, non-intrusive way to stay aware of your time and spend during a gaming session.

👤

Age Verification

hb777 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. All players must verify their age during account registration. We may request government-issued identification documents at any time to confirm that a player meets the age requirement. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and all funds returned.

🛡️

Secure & Fair Play

All games on hb777 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every outcome is completely random and fair. Our platform is protected by SSL encryption to keep your personal and financial data safe. We are committed to providing a transparent gaming environment where you can trust that the odds are not manipulated in any way.

Our Commitment to You

Responsible gaming is not just a policy at hb777 — it is a core part of how we operate. Every feature we develop, every promotion we run, and every customer interaction we handle is measured against our commitment to player wellbeing. We do not want players to chase losses, bet beyond their means, or feel pressured to gamble.

Here are the core pillars of our responsible gaming commitment:

  • Transparency: We clearly display game RTPs, odds, and terms associated with all promotions and bonuses so you always know what you are agreeing to before you play.
  • Player Education: We provide clear guidance on how games work, what the house edge means in practice, and how to use our responsible gaming tools effectively. Knowledge is the best protection against problem gambling.
  • No Pressure Marketing: We never send unsolicited bonus offers or promotions designed to pressure a player who has chosen to take a break or reduce their activity on the platform. Players who activate time-out or self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications for the duration of those measures.
  • Staff Training: Our customer support team receives regular training on how to identify signs of problem gambling and how to sensitively direct players toward the right resources. Every support agent is prepared to handle responsible gaming requests with empathy and urgency.

We review our responsible gaming policies regularly to make sure they reflect best practices and the real needs of our player community across Bangladesh. If you have feedback on how we can improve, please write to us at [email protected].

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and may be difficult to recognise in yourself. The following signs may indicate that gambling is moving beyond entertainment and starting to affect your daily life:

  • Gambling with money meant for rent, food, or family expenses
  • Feeling irritable or anxious when not gambling
  • Trying to win back money already lost (chasing losses)
  • Lying to family or friends about how much time or money is spent gambling
  • Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gambling
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions in order to gamble

If two or more of the above descriptions feel familiar, we encourage you to reach out to our support team immediately. You can also take a break using our time-out feature right now — no questions asked. Your wellbeing matters more to us than any wager.
